Today we're going to learn how to add a Paparazzi product into your Shopify store.
We're going to show you the fastest way to do this task. You might have a different way of doing it. That's okay. The first thing you need to do is get your environment set up. We recommend using Chrome browser and a full-size computer or laptop for this task. To do this fastest, you will need a few Chrome Extensions listed in the video description.
First thing we're going to do is Google the name of the Paparazzi item. We're going to be downloading the product image, title, and description from another consultant's website and uploading them into your new store. That images and descriptions are owned by Paparazzi so it's okay. Look at the search results for the Paparazzi product and choose a website that looks good to you. There will be quite a few. You'll have your favorites eventually.
Download the product image and copy the title. Now let's go into our Shopify Admin panel in the Products area. Click on Add Product.
Now let's paste the Product Title. Make sure the title spacing is perfect and keep it consistent throughout the whole site. Great! Now, let's add the product's image. Easy.
Set the item's price which as we know is super easy for Paparazzi.
Now it's time to enter in how many of that item we have in stock. Shopify will automatically deduct from your inventory when you sell an item and stop selling the item when the quantity on hand is zero.
We're almost done. Now, set the vendor to "Paparazzi Accessories". You can even change it to Paparazzi Jewelry. Just keep it consistent throughout the whole site.
Your Collection is the type of product. Bracelet, necklace, earrings.
The last task is to set the items colors in the Tags area. Check as many colors as there are in the piece.
Finally, click the Save button.
Congratulations, you've just added a product. You'll be a pro in no time.
